Purging the leadership team won't do much good. Someone else will take over. I believe the region needs a lasting peace as soon as possible. Israel and Hamas can't seem to reach an agreement. A Fatah takeover instead of Hamas would suggest a more lasting peace.

It is very effective - no organisation can function with the entire leadership team killed.
Re Hamas there is basically no-one left. Hamas can and will be utterly destroyed.
Its quite simple. Just kill every Hamas member until they are all dead.
We are 97% there already. 100% of the Hamas Most Wanted deck of cards are dead.
Fatah are terrorists too.
Gazans should be given the option of starting anew elsewhere - most of them will take it.
