Siamo sicuri che quando mangiamo una mela stiamo soltanto mangiando ...una mela? Quanti trattamenti subisce la frutta, e quanti residui ingeriamo? Purtroppo più di quelli che pensiamo. L'uso dei pesticidi è molto diffuso, in alcuni casi davvero troppo, tant'è che se fate analisi specifiche ve lo ritroverete quasi sicuramente anche nel sangue. E mentre gran parte dei nostri amati vigneti del prosecco vengono costantemente irrorati con sostanze chimiche, i cittadini della zona si mobilitano con una petizione al Parlamento italiano.
