It does appear to be bid bot abuse but I would use copy/paste as a more descriptive category for this. I have invoked @neutralizer due to the wrongful revenge flag perpetrated by @luigi-tecnologo.
Due to the adversarial action he has chosen, I will also be invoking flag trail and have put in a pull request for him to be blacklisted and hopefully unvoted to really reinforce the lesson.

Look you used the same image on multiple posts. We call that recycling content and the only different thing you are adding is a link.
That's a problem. If you want to recycle your meme as a thumbnail for writing thoughtful articles. There is no problem with that.
But buying votes on a link share. No. That is not how you are supposed to use the bots and I am fairly certain it is a breach of their ToS.
There is no recycling! One is the meme, the other is a thumbnail of a video!
