...borrow Euro's into existence out of thin air and buy stuff including Italian Bonds, because nobody else is buying them!

And in January 2019 the ECB will stop buying these bonds. What do you expect then? Massively rising rates?

well, who will finance Italy if ECB isn't ? that's the concern here could be very difficult times for them, certainly expect rates to rise as ECB has been suppressing rates by buying them up, who knows how much they could go up, the market will decide
