If you're gonna but upvotes, do that only thru ... https://steembottracker.com/#bid
Make only bids wherein the bot has sufficient remaining "Max Suggested Bid," and make sure that the vote is before your post is 30 minutes old. Also, make sure the Upvote is done within "MIn Age" of the particular bot.
As for deleting comments, just click "Delete."
