Hypoxic Training Log 2020-01-15 <Fulfilling Workout> 低酸素トレーニング記録2020-01-15<充実したワークアウト>

Today I went to the usual gym to do a hypoxic training after work. I ran on a treadmil as usual.
今日は仕事の後、いつものジムに行って低酸素トレーニングをしました。いつものようにトレッドミルで走りました。

This time I was able to increase the pace more than usual, so the estimated running distance reached 5 km in a 30-minute session for the first time. And my SpO2 never went down under 80 % during the workout. I was able to do more fulfilling workout than the past hypoxic training.
今回はいつもよりペースを上げることができたので、1セッション30分の間の推算走行距離が初めて5kmに届きました。しかも酸素飽和度は80%を下回ることはありませんでした。これまでの低酸素トレーニングより充実したワークアウトができたと思います。
