This phrase really hurts! I am forever living on a budget! There is always a new list of things, very necessary items, to buy. So I have to live a on budget in order to be able to get a new camera or a new mobile!
Wish I had a lottery luck for first prize this month! But I haven't bought any lottery ticket yet!
