On the second night, we stayed at the Grand Park Otaru, which used to be the Hilton Otaru. Our rooms were on the ocean view side so I was able to see beautiful scenery when I got up in the morning. Lol

For breakfast there were various foods including Japanese, Western, bread, salad, and drinks. You can have breakfast in a great atmosphere with an ocean view.

After we had breakfast, we headed to Furano City. On the way, I saw some very colorful houses. It felt like I was in Europe. Hokkaido is a huge prefecture. Most people are make their living with agriculture, but from April to October. After that the whole area is covered in snow.

We stopped at Goro No Ishi No Ie, which was used as a set for TV dramas, such as "From The Northern Country". It’s quite an old TV show. Actually, I'd never heard of it. Lol

Before lunch, we went shopping at a melon shop. The owner gave us samples of both green melon and cantaloupe. I liked the cantaloupe. It was soft, sweet and fragrant. Hokkaido melon is the best!

Our lunches were Japanese bento box sets which we had with the lavender field view from the restaurant. After that went to Tomita Farm, which I posted about yesterday.

2泊目、グランドパーク小樽に泊まりました。ここは前にヒルトン小樽になったことありそうです。我々の部屋は見える海側です。朝起きたときに素敵な景色が見ていい感じだそうです。

朝食のは色々な料理例えば和食と洋食とサラダとドリンクなど置いておきます。食べながら海を見ながらすごく幸せです。

朝食の後に富良野に移動して途中で私は注目して北海道の家がカラフルだそうです。ヨーロッパでいるみたいの感じました。北海道方はほとんど農業をすると思います。でも4-10月のみその以外に全域雪が積もってになります。

五郎の石の家というところで行って来ました。ここでTVドラマが放送されたことがあります。北の国からという名前です。古いドラマかもしれない本当に知りませんでした。笑笑

ランチ前にメロン店へ行ってオーナーさんからメロン見本を切ってもらって緑と赤メロンを味わってました。やはり美味しかった。北海道メロンは一番だと思います。

昼食にお弁当を食べてました。レストランはラベンダー畑あります。ランチの後に富田ファームへ行く予定です。昨日の投稿がポストされました。
