Good luck on your "hunt" for potential moderators. I think Steemit is a good place to look for. I have some chinese and japanese friends, but sadly they are not into the blockchain field, so they don't have any experience at all.
Oh, thank you. But may be your friends know somebody from this field? It's really quite a difficult task to find somebody there if you don't speak their language..
