Like many of us, I grew up watching anime when I was a little kid, and it always sparked an interest in Japanese culture for me. I always wanted to learn Japanese, but I was intimidated by all the foreign symbols. I felt like it would be too hard to remember and that I would never learn Japanese. But one day I decided to look on YouTube for lessons, and I came across a video of a program. This program immediately caught my attention and I downloaded the free trail. After reading the first few chapters, I realized how easy Japanese really is. And for, at the time, $20 or so for a program teaching me Japanese was a great deal, so I bought the entire program. After reading through it, I have learned so much about the grammar and I have a good understanding of basic Japanese. The program also incorporates lessons about the Japanese culture, so that you have a little better understanding of Japan itself.
