Hello,friends!! Yesterday, I visited new Japanese restaurant “Hirayama”. He cooks the dish in a very delicate way while emphasizing the season. As you know, there are four seasons here in Japan which are subdivided into smaller season. He associated this season with his dish. And this time, the chef prepared special sea bream( 鯛, red snapper🐟) cuisine because of our birthday (on June 23 )celebration. In Japan when we celebrate birthday the tradition is we need to have a sea beam, like a Lechon 🐖 in the Philippines.
The chef covered the sea bream with salt, leaves and cooked it.
そして平山さん🍾🍶🍻からの数登美🍾🍷飲みすぎましたが、スーパー楽しかったので良し。
