食べ歩き世界一浜田岳文さん、ゴリさんこと今井さんの東山和今に降臨🤩Japanese restaurant “Wakon” is located in Higashi Chaya district which is one of Geisha district in Kanazawa city. Chef Imai offers around 15 dishes in small portions as a course. He creates different dishes every month. His dishes in December are composed of many kinds of winter ingredients such as snow crab, yellow tail, oyster and etc. I use to visit here every month.

和今さんは近々でお邪魔してた私。「同じメニューで全然いいですので！」と言ってあったのですが、カニご飯以外の11品、全部新作でびっくり。引き出しの多さに改めて驚きました。
ちなみにカニご飯もズワイに香箱も入ってバージョンアップしてました⤴️🦀
