I don't believe anyone receives messages like that from Jesus or God. For one thing, nobody receives power to miraculously feed people like Jesus did.

    Then you obviously deny what Jesus said:

    Truly, truly, I tell you, he who believes in me, the works that I do, he will do also; and he will do greater works than these, because I am going to the Father.

    and to the hearing from God, there are many verses, for example:

    My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me
