We guard many things. We guard our money, vehicles , id, and various material goods that we feel are important to us. However, we expose our hearts and minds to all kinds of terrible things via TV, the internet, social media, and conversations.
When we do this, we expose our hearts to these dangers. They influence our actions and thoughts. By exposing our hearts to these we affect our being.
