BJJ Training Journal - 4/27/21 - Leg Day and a Hard Workout

I am going to pick up my training.

I did a hard leg work out after a fast paced bag workout.

I am doing 12-15 reps with the stack on the leg press machine.

My leg curls are slowly improving.

I also did arms for the first time in a long time. I normally don't do biceps and triceps because I get them trained in the compound exercises. The reason was that there is a little too much size on my arms for boxing, but I am going to go back to isolation training for those parts.

I finished with my shadow boxing / wrestling solo drills.
