Steemitとご無沙汰してもはや２ヶ月くらい経ちました。そんなある日に @skyleap さんからイベントのバトンいただきました！今回のイベントは好きな食べ物、美味しかった料理の写真二枚というお題です。
ということで僕の大好きなものを２つピックアップしました。
カツ丼
こんなに美味しい食べ物はありません。海外から帰ってきたらラーメンかカツ丼を必ずいただきます。カツ丼の方を食べる確率の方が高いですね。芳醇な豚の味わいをカラッと揚げて旨味を包み、その贅沢なかつをやわらかな卵で包む。
それらの完成されたはずの料理にダシがしっかり入ったたれで仕上げてご飯の上に乗せる。
肉という素材の旨味を日本人の繊細な料理技術が庶民の味に仕上げた傑作だといっていいでしょう。
アメリカ風ビスケット
その昔、ケンタッキーでこの味を知りました。ふわりと仕上げたビスケットと呼ぶにはやわらかいその構造。ケンタッキーでは特性のハニーソースをつけて召し上がります。この写真はスターバックスです。生クリームをトッピングしてもらい食します。どう考えてもビスケット界のスライムキングです。もし見つけたらぜひお試しくださいませ。
コーヒーとの相性はバッチグーです！！

特に初めてアメリカ風ビスケットを食べた時は感動しましたよ～。
名前がビスケットなので・・・えっ？これがビスケット・・・
なんとも新鮮な食感が記憶に新しいですｗ
