It's quite the opposite.
Capitalism is all about maximum efficiency, minimum effort . Any other way and the company riks going belly up.
And generally speaking, the benefits are for the masses, if you produce a product that only benefits a very few you also go belly up.
No one forces you to buy their products, you decide to do that on your own.
