Ingredientes:
- 1 vaso de leche de soya
- 150 ml de yogurt natural
- 2 duraznos
- 4 cucharadas de amaranto
- 2 cucharadas de miel de abeja
Preparación: Lava y desinfecta los duraznos, corta a la mitad, quita el hueso y coloca la pulpa en la licuadora junto con la leche, yogurt, amaranto y miel, licua hasta que se integre, sirve y bebe este jugo cada tercer día durante 15 y descansa.
