I applaud your support of Assange. Factions of the CIA and deep state definitely would like to see him silenced. They are desperate.
Fortunately, however, there is a major realignment of the US intelligence community against the deep state, and the rogue factions of the CIA. Julian Assange is an asset of this new alignment, which is weaponizing light/disclosure in order to take down the deep state and disinfect the CIA of its corrupted and rogue elements.
Now that this faction has control of NSA, and major elements of CIA, they have total superiority—for they know all the secrets. Light has been weaponized, and Julian Assange is now one of our most powerful weapons.
I have hopes of this although I'm worried about Pompeo in particular
