Meal Prep Misadventures: Coodles 2 Electric Boogaloo [Carrot Noodles]

If you want a low-effort recipe, this is going to be your jam. I steamed mine, but you can cook yours however you whist.

  1. Take as many large carrots as you want
  2. Spiralize them
  3. Cook as you please

Carrots are one of those grey-area vegetables. How many or how much you have is up to you. I did not use these as a base for anything since I'm trying to keep my carb count down.

However, these make a lovely accent or flourish to any packed meal.
