So, i don't need any accounts or do any KYC to convert Hive using the partners?

Are there any other fees that i need to pay, or its already deducted?

What you see is what you get, the provider's fees are already deducted, and our 0.4% referral fee is shared by the provider, not added on top of what they charge.
KYC is optional on their sites for extra benefits, but you can generally do without
