Hello friends, Today we will discuss about kidneys health. To keep the body healthy, it is very important to have good kidneys. Kidney filters the waste and extra water from our body and pulls it out through urine. When the kidney worsens, difficulty in bathing and swelling of hands and feet starts coming. The chances of a problem with kidney failure increase in heart. To keep it fit, we must eat superfoods rich in antioxidants. By eating the right foods, kidneys along with other parts of the body also work properly.

Cauliflower
In cabbage, phytochemicals and antioxidants are found in abundance which prevent loss due to free radicals. Due to low potassium, it is also beneficial for dialysis patients. They can also eat cauliflower raw or cooked.

Berries
In berries, manganese, vitamin C, fiber and folate are found in a considerable amount, which are very helpful in keeping kidney healthy.

Fish
Omega-3 fatty acids in fish protects the kidney from many diseases. In fish, protein is found in very high quantities. To reduce the problem of kidney, you should only eat boiled, cooked or roasted fish.

White part of the egg
The white part of the egg also helps to keep kidney clean. It contains high quality protein which is beneficial for kidney patients. You should only eat omelet of egg white part and not eat the yellow part inside the boiled egg.

Olive oil
Olive oil has been very beneficial for keeping kidney healthy. Olec acid and anti-inflammatory fatty acids present in it reduce oxidation in our body. You can also cook your meal in it and eat it.
