Photographs will be judged on just a couple things:
ORIGINALITY & QUALITY
Let's have some fun!
RULES
- Create a post of your photo with the first tag being #killerpix
- Your photo must contain a description - where and when at the least
- The link to your entry must be in the comments of this thread, post the pic if you like
- All entries must be submitted by the Monday following this post
- You may submit no more than TWO (2) entries per week
- You must upvote & resteem this post (support good initiatives)
JUDGES
- Our first judge is a former Karaoke Contest winner and one of the leaders of The Alpha Syndicate, please tip your hats to the beautiful voice of @topkpop!
- Winning photographer of the very first #Killerpix Contest and one of the leaders of The Gamma Syndicate, @tattoodjay is lending his assistance. His keen eye will deliver valued insight.
- Fellow ally and spectacular photographer that has been a cornerstone of The Beta Syndicate, @oscarps, has agreed to lend us his accurate vision.
- Finally, we have @enginewitty. He just loves cute little bunnies and snakes...especially snakes eating cute little bunnies.
PRIZES
1st place is awarded 10 SBD. 2nd place gets 7 SBD and 3rd gets 3 SBD. All the winners also get their winning entries upvoted and resteemed by @killerwhale. Can't wait to see all the great photos!

Love the colours in this one. The mood of the sky and the gold of the bridge! :)
A steel bascule bridge over the river Dane in Klaipeda between H.Manto and Tiltu streets. It is drawbridge, lifted up for 50 degrees from both sides. The bridge is involved into Registry of Cultural Heritage of the Republic of Lithuania.

Here's my favorite bridge - Westminster Bridge in London. The photo was taken as a huge strom was rolling in. Soon after I took the photo it began to pour and I had to seek shelter beneath the bridge. In the accompanying article you'll find some more photos of the bridge.

This image shows the bridge "Basteibrücke" near Dresden in the east of Germany. It is a stone bridge which leads to a 500 year old ruin on those steep rocks.

This looks like something out of a fantasy film... like Avatar or something. I'm thinking it would be a fun place to ride a dragon.

Yes, I've already commented on the actual post, but I'll leave a comment here, too, because I'm in love with this shot! If only I could wiggle my nose and transport instantly to this spot... (then again, maybe I'd wait till summer).
The air is clear, the scenery is beautiful, and right behind this spot where I took the photograph, is the Sligachan Hotel! You can stay right there, or drop in as we did for lunch and warm drinks around a glowing fire!
Oh goodness! So tempting. One day, when my kids are older...
