Nice blog,to know about God is an important purpose of our lives but the main purpose of our gathering in church or other worship place should be praise of God,hymn or some other noble purpose.If we have noble purpose,we should gather.

I'm sure you noticed in my article where I share 1 Corinthians 14:26 that I agree that hymns and lessons and revelations are important elements for each of us to share, but as Christ's body on earth there is ever so much more for us to also be engaged in.
Part of what I believe to be great problem in the modern church is that we have been told that our purpose is so very narrow, and as a result have not been engaged in all the things that scripture teaches us the church is to be and to do. We need to understand that worship is the act of ascribing worth to Jesus our LORD and God, and this is something that we do with our lives, with all of our heart and soul and mind and strength, as well as loving our neighbor. The activity of the ἐκκλησία cannot and must not be limited to the traditional things society informs us the church is about.
