I am not sure about this one. I do think I do not trust a word Kissinger says there must be some hidden agenda. Maybe they realise Russia does not have the capabilities once thought and was to eek this war out longer. At least till Octoabeer ish when the tides are right for China to invade Taiwan 🧐
