@sandalphon, Really interesting and important topic too and that is because, in my opinion from years we are kept in the Lower Vibrational Zones and our ascension is stopped by someone or something. Our innerself never lies and time to time we hear our inner sound which tells that you are so much more than this. And may be that inner voice is our soul which is so much ancient than this Perishable Body.
There are so many Historical aspects but in my opinion all these aspects at some point of time push us towards the unclueness and it's an really hidden knowledge. Let's hope that truth will reveal itself. Stay blessed. 🙂
