We live in a world of rapid change, marketing is a science that is learned every day and we never know everything. Most people follow intuition, but it is not enough if not combined with experience, trends, new knowledge, and creative strategy. Steemit has offered a new way of doing business, we have investors, bloggers and beginners. Everyone seeks the best solution to achieve the most, Steemit presents a mix of creative ideas with business logic. There is no perfect business that lasts forever, we choose strategies and ways of realization. We have a large number of sources that give us the necessary knowledge with which we can reach the top. We live in a world of big differences, in some countries, people work one month for $ 2, while in other places people earn $ 10,000 for the same time. Steemit is the same for all and only investors make a difference, everyone can succeed if they organize enough with everyday discipline.
-1. Pay more attention to specific things.
Investing time and money on those things that bring you the greatest profit and earnings. Many people spend their time doing everything, instead of focusing on what brings them the greatest results. If writing poetry brings you the greatest profit from Steemit, then write poetry. A successful business is actually very boring, doing the same things every day at the same time. Make your schedule for writing posts, reply to every comment you have on your posts. Write comments to bloggers who have Steem Power and who can reward you for your comment, be disciplined and creative. If you are a musician, find those who love your musical style. Good preparation and organization is 90% of success, make your own work plan.
-3. Do something completely new and different.
Get out of your comfort zone, this is one of the toughest points. A large number of people are stuck in their comfort zone, they are struggling to stay in the same place no matter what happens around them. This is considered a major weakness in marketing and sales. It's a situation where you are in love with your products or posts, no matter how different your work can bring you much more financial success. What you need to do to become a brand on Steemit, what are your unique talents and knowledge that you can redeem? Change your mindset, learn from other successful people and find your formula of uniqueness.
-4. Be open to new things, be creative.
Resist the comfort zone, refuse to follow the line of minor resistance and stop doing what you are doing for years. Choose new, better, faster, cheaper, easier and more appropriate modes that can bring you to the top. Be open to change, because everything you see today can change within a year. Competition is aggressive, a new world of blockchain technology is created that brings us big financial and technological changes. Great job @dobartim on a very explanatory article. I would add a couple of things here:
5 - Know your audience, try to think about what people want to see/read, what is the best way to communicate your message to them.
6- It's about the writing - Your articles need to be planeed accordingly and written in a way that you can engage the reader. There are tons of tips on how to write a good article that you can find on the internet, marketing techniques everyone, even unconsciously, uses.
7- Be yourself - This is one of the most important ones, being true to youself, only this way you can give your best to the others
8 - Get your name out of there - Build a recognizable brand, know how to "sell yourself" to your readers. Try with a slogan, a catchphrase, a specific imnage in your posts, something that people can relate to and makes them linked to your posts.
9 - Engage and give back - Sharing is caring and giving is receiving. Apart from getting all the upvotes from other people, be generous and share some upvotes or some steem power with people who you feel worthy. It will help in the long run :)
10 - Don't underestimate the power of "thank you". 2 words that can make you walk a looong road to success.

Intuition is a term for the ability to understand something without going through rational and intellectual reasoning.It seems that understanding is suddenly coming from another world and out of consciousness.For example,someone is suddenly compelled to read a book.Apparently,in the book found the information sought for years.Or for example, feeling that he must go to a place,it turns out there he found a great discovery that changed his life. Managing a business is simple, but not easy because it requires discipline and it is almost all missing in many areas. The Pareto theory of 80/20 is well known but poorly applied, because we always tend to stay in our comfort zone and apply it effectively takes us out of that area, it is also true your comment that changes is our daily bread and we have to learn to adapt to them or perish.

Hi @dobartim. It took me a while to see steemit as a business. Although the intentions were to make money. From what I see, I need to focus on just one thing to get more success. But the truth is that I enjoy every publication I share, regardless of whether it is poem, criticism, analysis, etc. Maybe that's the reason why even my earnings are not good enough. I think I have to find a way to continue writing about everything that I like and at the same time make a better use of marketing that increases my profits. The truth is that steemit has come to change my life. I know that I am sharing in the best social network created so far.
My marketing techniques so far have been based on improving my knowledge more and more to have not only a good content, but also a good presentation, a good title and images that I hope I can make more original and of my authorship.
