Passion: Something so important but so many people don't seem to have it. At least not when it concerns about things we earn our living with. Without passion, things stay the same as the are. Passion drives organisation to change. Passion motivates and drives others who may not have passion themselves to follow and participate. Passion is maybe the strongest tool to achieve set goals and to achieve these goals with lots of happiness :)
