User was reported to us by Korean community.
I guess, between you and @bbana, there was some misunderstanding during communication because she is not good at english.
She can explain/communicate with him(Korean community) in korean language.
If you think her posting is abusing, you can downvote for that posting only.
However, you cannot downvote for all her replys/comments on other postings.
She also loves steemit, like you.
As far as i know, she spends all her time for steemit.

When we add account to spaminator, all content ends up for flagging.
