1 방통위, '가상통화·O2O 사업자' 개인정보 실태조사 '착수' (아이뉴스)
KCC, Virtual currency and O2 business operators launched ' Personal Information Status Survey
방통위는 이번 조사에 대해 최근 가상통화를 노린 잇따른 해킹사고의 발생으로 이용자 개인정보의 침해 우려가 있어 실시한다고 설명했다.
현장 조사에서는 개인정보의 기술적‧관리적 보호조치를 위주로 점검한다. 개인정보처리시스템에 대한 접근통제, 접속기록의 위‧변조방지, 개인정보의 암호화, 악성프로그램 방지 등이 골자다.
개인정보의 수집‧이용‧제공‧파기 과정, 스마트폰 앱 접근권한 및 이용자의 권리 등에 대해서도 살펴본 후 정보통신망법 위반사항이 적발되면 과태료‧과징금 부과 등 엄정하게 행정처분을 할 예정이다.

The field survey focuses on technical and administrative protective measures for personal information. The core areas include controlling access to personal information processing systems, preventing forgery and access records, encryption of personal information, and protection of malicious programs.
After examining the process of collecting, using, supplying, and destruction of personal information, access rights to smartphone apps, and rights of users are subject to administrative fines and fines.
