문화재청(청장 김종진)이 후원하고 (사)한국문화재기능인협회(이사장 정문길)가 개최하는 ‘제14회 한국문화재기능인작품전’이 5월 31일부터 6월 3일까지 서울무역전시컨벤션센터(SETEC)에서 개최된다.
‘한국문화재기능인작품전’은 열정과 실력을 갖춘 전통장인들이 만든 작품 전시회로 문화재 기능인들의 작품 활동을 격려하여 실력 있는 기능인들을 양성하고, 전통기법 등을 전승하고자 1993년부터 격년제로 개최되고 있다. 올해 행사에서는 국가무형문화재 보유자 등 실력 있는 장인들이 만든 81점의 전통 공예품을 선보인다.
