아주 쉬운방법이 있습니다.
전에는 폴더에 찾아가서 파일을 삭제하고 그랬는데
Creative Cloud Desktop 에서 쉽게 설치가 가능합니다.

Number01 파일에서 환경설정 클릭
Number02 앱 에서 기본설치 언어 English (International)
Number03 한글로 설치한 프로그램 삭제 하시고 다시 설치를 합니다.
Number04 다시 설치하시면 영어로 변경되어 있습니다.
쉬운방법을 알아내서 좋습니다.
