One of the must try foods in Fukuoka is motsunabe. Motsunabe is a type of nabemono in Japanese cuisine, which is made from beef intestines. The one I’m trying, the base soup was miso. I feel like l’m going to think about motsunabe a lot on rainy days and for hangover cure.
