Here you can find Kraken's status updates and subscribe to receive them via email, phone number (USA/CA Only) and various other methods.
Currently they're still working on:
getting log-ins back up and running,
depositing the BCH into your accounts,
as well as catching up with the traffic to their website.
I know I was able to log-in but I believe that might have been an anomaly as I can't log in on my other phone.
However; as you can see above I cannot find where the Bitcoin Cash is located on their website, so they must be updating their website for that as well, or pushing an update for it.
This is pure speculation.
