TELUR DADAR ASAM UE (TELUR DADAR ASAM KELAPA)"😘😘
Bahan yg dihaluskan:
- 2 telur ayam
- 6 sdm kelapa yg tlah diparut
- 2 buah bamer
- 6 buah cabe rawit
- 1 buah cabe merah
- 3 buah asam sunti
- 2 sdt kunyit bubuk
- Garam secukupnya
Cara buat: - terlebih dahulu haluskan (bamer, cabe, asam sunti, dn kunyit) -lalu masukkan kelapa dn telur dlm blender bumbu yg dihaluskan lagi, lalu blender lagi slma 5 detik sja,
- masukkan bhan yg tlah dhaluskan dlm wadah msukkan garam, kemudian di aduk rata
- panaskan minyak ( minyaknya sedikit sja) dlm teflon, lalu goreng telur dadar( jngn lupa dibalik) angkat telur dadar dan siap disajikan
