This past Saturday September 17 we enjoyed in Madrid, to start the season of Kung fu with a few games in family, enjoying small and bigger of this day, with a clear focus dedicated to enjoy, the transmission of the values of martial arts, psychomotricity, some techniques of beating lower train and upper train, collaborative games, self defense, traditional forms (tao lu) and a great atmosphere !!

Este pasado Sábado 17 de septiembre disfrutamos en Madrid, de comenzar la temporada de Kung fu con unos juegos en familia, disfrutando pequeños y mayores de esta jornada, con un enfoque claro dedicado a disfrutar,la transmisión de los valores de las artes marciales, la psicomotricidad, algunas técnicas de golpeo de tren inferior y de tren superior, juegos de colaboración, defensa personal, formas tradicionales (tao lu) y un gran ambiente!!

A day that always have enthusiasm on the part of the attendees, since it marks the beginning of a new season, a curiosity, those who live from this our year begins in September that is the beginning of the season and usually end in July, as you see we structured the year in a different way, we always like to share the activity with the smallest and with people who have never done this activity, since as I said we try to transmit from the sports club infodefensapersonal, the philosophy that more that a club a family, so it is a pleasure to get together and enjoy a day and more so in the open air.

Una jornada que siempre tienen ilusión por parte de los asistentes que ese día pueden asistir, ya que marca el inicio de una nueva temporada, una curiosidad, los que vivimos de esto nuestro año comienza en septiembre que es el inicio de temporada y suele finalizar en julio, como veis estructuramos el año de manera diferente, siempre nos gusta el poder compartir la actividad con los mas pequeños y con personas que nunca han realizado esta actividad, ya que como os comente intentamos transmitir desde el club deportivo infodefensapersonal, la filosofía que mas que un club una familia, por ello es un placer poder juntarnos todos y disfrutar de una jornada y más así al aire libre.

I want to thank all those who accompanied us on that day, as always a pleasure to share the values and the illusion for martial arts, more than a club, a family ... for this new season !!!

Quiero agradecer a todos/as los que nos acompañasteis en ese día, como siempre un placer poder compartir los valores y la ilusión por las artes marciales, mas que un club, una familia...a por esta nueva temporada!!!
