So beautiful, indeed consistency is what we need, the first time is always scary and may have some challenges but if we push on we will become perfect with time.
You are a wonderful mother im sure of this and you would only get better at it.

thank you for the kind comment! Yoga is going good, I really hope I would be able to fully support my family doing that.... i am not there yet, but it will improve over time :)
