Agree about no Lambos but Bug Out strategies assume fuel availability. It is the first thing that will go. Better to bug in.

Bug in only works if you have been living the life of a homesteader.
If you have a proper Bug Out strategy, then you would:
a) Only require 1 full tank to reach Bug Out Location
b) Have extra gas cans ready in order to reach Bug Out Location
