This is another photo from my excursion to Coffin Bay National Park. It was 44 degrees Celsius (111 F) the day I took I these images so there was a lot of sweat (literally) involved in capturing them.
I am only just learning image editing, so have included two different edits of the same shot. I welcome any feed back on which works better, and also what else could be done to improve the finished product.

The first edit is a positive picture whereas the second has darker undertones.
Which do you prefer?
(The second makes me feel like this is an escape. Stairs leading down, water crashing on rocks. It's never going to end well)
That said the second has a better composition. It's all about the thirds.
