There ain't no such thing as a free lunch
This phrase is like a proverb or aphorism emphasizing opportunity costs and trade-offs.
It's often used in economics and popular culture to express the idea that everything has a cost.
If people want to make money in the protocol, they can do so, but they have to have skin in the game.
Skin in the game is a figure of speech by the way.
There is not many who want a free lunch.
For the vast majority of people. They would prefer to have done something for the gain.
The truth is. The free lunch does not do the soul any good. That is the reason most do not want the handout.
Take for Hive. Are we going to teach all users how to code?
Opinion is not counted in discussion unless you are a coder.
Having skin in the game does not mean you have a say. Especially on Hive. Your skin colour is determined by the HP. Low HP gets a disregard.
Nothing about a free lunch ever in anything I have said in 6 years.
I only blogged here to share a concept that I have proved can work twice. No one has interest in actually doing what the hype around BTC said BTC could do at the start. Remove central financial control.
All crypto currency token is coming under the control of the same central financial system.
In doing nothing to make that change. We only send the children of our children to servitude.
