I agree. The main goal for technological enhancement is to make life easier. Of course, everything will be put in accordance to the existed of economic, natural, social law and rules. This is a very long way to go to reach such as a firm social contract that agreed by all parties and stakeholder. Nice comment. You are right these protocols will have to coexist with current social arrangements. My objective with this post is to highlight how our systems may need to emphasize an earlier part of a transaction (negotiation/ex ante rule making) when the next generation of tools may prove both unforgeable and irreversible.
Thus we will sustain the social order in place and far better community in the future...
