The child had two broken femurs and mild brain damage. The legs healed and he walks with a slight limp. While the brain damage did improve, he has some mental issues that are permanent. Not severe, but there.
Then what happened there?

He was struck by a Domino Pizza delivery car while crossing the street.

He lives in Texas with relatives. Look four comments up and you can see I gave you his present condition.
