Rewards have just been renewed for the LEO pool - increased the APR a bit, to hopefully compensate a little for the IL from LEO's decline.
As for what will spark a LEO turnaround - 🤷♂ no idea. I was hoping Leodex, but from last look at the inleo feed it seems it still has not been paying any sLEO rewards. No signs of life from Leostrategy, so I don't know what the catalyst for a LEO turnaround could be.

Correct. As each pool expires, the new rounds of rewards will all be SWAP.HBD
