LitecoinCash was built to help increase the adoption of cryptocurrency amongst average people. It was made to help increase the day-to-day transactions made with cryptocurrencies and help bring cryptocurrency into the mainstream, capitalist free market.
LitecoinCash has the goal of becoming one of the top three cryptocurrencies that can be used for the sole purpose of being a reliable, trustless and fair medium of exchange. LitecoinCash wants to make everything fair and evenly distributed; It is this honest ethos and simple goal that will enable LitecoinCash to last for the longterm and be successfully sustained by the community.
LitecoinCash is different, not to Ethereum but, the so-called ‘currency’ built on top of Ethereum: Ether. Ether is primarily purposed towards being used to execute smart contracts and code on top of the Ethereum platform. Thus, Ether is a commodity targeted towards developers, coders and, hobbyists; It is not intended to be used as a currency. Furthermore, Vitalik (the founder of Ethereum) has stated on numerous occasions that he does not intend on taking Ether on the course to become a currency. Instead, he would rather focus on becoming a platform for developers.
LitecoinCash fills the ‘hole in the market’ and seizes the technology that Ethereum has to offer in order to make a successful, decentralized, secure currency that can be easily adopted by average users. Unlike Ether, LitecoinCash has the sole purpose of being used as a medium of exchange. All development for the project will directed towards one goal; Mass adoption of LitecoinCash in day-to-day life. The development team will not focus on a specialized real estate platform, specialized gambling platform or, anything of the like – This will be left up to the community to produce. Rather, the development team will be developing apps and services to make LitecoinCash as easy to adopt, by an average person, as quantifiably possible.
