60g unsalted butter, melted
200g cream cheese (Philadelphia-style)
50g sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
200ml heavy cream (minimum 33% fat)
150g fresh berries, lightly mashed
White chocolate (100g), melted

Preparation:
Begin by preparing the crust: Crush the biscuits and mix with melted butter until well combined. Divide this mixture into 10 paper cups designed for muffins, and press firmly to create an even crust. Set aside.
Next, whip the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, then incorporate the mashed berries for a hint of fruitiness.
