In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the Hazelnut Chocolate Spread until smooth and combined. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form—be careful not to over-whip, as it can turn into butter. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese and chocolate mixture, mixing just until unified. Do not overmix to keep the filling airy and light.


Assembling the Cheesecake Bites

Spoon the filling onto the biscuit crust, filling each cup about halfway. Insert three roasted hazelnuts into each, then top with more of the cheesecake filling to cover the hazelnuts. Lightly press down to remove air pockets.

Next, place the assembled cheesecakes in the freezer to set while preparing the topping.
