Go to: https://tribaldex.com
In upper right login.
Click wallet next to your account picture.
Click Deposit button in the upper right.
Choose HBD from the menu.
Follow the directions that pop up.
Once HBD on Tribaldex, Click Swap.
Choose SWAP.HBD for top token and SWAP.HIVE for bottom.
Click swap button.
Then choose SWAP.HIVE for top and SWAP.USDT for bottom.
Click swap button.
Click Wallet Icon again.
Click Withdraw.
Choose erc20
Select usdt or usdc
Fill in amount and address.
Withdraw.
