Most people need to realize there are tons of coins more innovative then BTC and more innovative then ETH. Especially when it comes to transaction fees ,cost effectiveness,speed,scalability etc. Let's look at luna as an example. Cool tech and idea but the innovation led to their downfall. Look at RVN for example. It can do securities/tokens/assets without having to program smart contracts which would have prevented the whole BAYC flawed smart contract issue causing ridiculous TX fees on ETH. Going POS isn’t really innovative. ETH just has the advantage of Opensea being an extremely successful NFT platform that became mainstream.
Basically what I’m saying is saying eth will overcome BTC in price because of innovation is saying lots of coins will overcome BTC because of the innovation. So innovative won't matter because if people isn't using then it will rise in price even the project you've invested in gets pumped if it has low adoption rate then it will not have future long term growth potential. Best crypto projects are those which has both innovation and adoption.
