The advent of the internet and cryptocurrencys has brought to us two great eras each with it own way they are both impacting on human lives.looki g at the history of internet,it is far older than cryptocurrencys, internet became very popular around early 20s and since then it has developed in series ways.its no doubt that the internet has contributed to our lives immensely,the internet has give rise to various faces of social medias such as Facebook, TikTok Instagram and many other,this social media platforms has added alot of spice to the way we communicate and having fun,they have manage to make life more interesting so that we don't even have to feel bored any way,somehow some of this platforms can be monetized.
What the internet was when it first started wasn't what it is now, transforming from web 1.0 to web 2.0 and now we are talking about web 3.0 which is already in use this are the various stages the internet has passed through, honestly I think the internet has done alot in our life,now virtually everyone use the internet on a daily basis,it full with variety of informations,you could literally get whatever you want from the Internet.
Now coming to cryptocurrencys,cryptos is not as old as the internet,crypto came into existence thirteen years aga with Bitcoin being the first crypto,since then several thousand of cryptos has come into existence through the help of blockchain.blockchain is the heart of every cryptocurrencys because without it cryptos won't be in existence,it is building block of every crypto.now looking at the short term crypto came into existence,it has actually contributed it own quoter to life just like the internet.
By description cryptos are an online digital currency,it can be transacted which means that it can be used in the buying of goods and services,it has every characteristics of money and also performs the function of money.many has seen crypto as away to acquire assets given it the name digital assets.any one in the crypto system will testify that cryptos has done alot in transforming peoples financially all around the world, investment in cryptos has brought about new ways of making money with less stress.even the richest people in the world invest in cryptos all because of the enormous profit that comes with it.
The crypto industry has produce many millionaires all over the world within it short time of existence and I don't think we have even seen the tip of how crypto will transform the whole world financially.but as we all know ,there is nothing sweet that is not bitter at the same time,so crypto has its flaws and the internet too has it flaws, volatility and bear market are the major problems been encountered in crypto,while the internet has been seen to corrupt the world in certain ways especially the display of pornographic content and as well as some hidden business activities that takes place on the other side of the internet called the dark web.
