I think what one can do right now is to HODL and watch the market do it thing.
This is not the first time this will happen in crypto market and wont be the last. No need to panic, stay calm and HODL

Don't borrow in crypto. If there is a bull run there will be a bear market also because people will take profit.
So lending is not a good trading option even though it work
You don't need to borrow money in cryptocurrency because in crypto there will always be an opportunity to buy. There would always be bear and bull market no matter what. So be patience
